Yes, truly amazing! You installed our countertops about five years ago… black granite with a white/multi-color island…a total of over 45 square feet of beauty. The black countertops with the contrasting island took plain white cabinets (with black hardware) into another dimension. Everyone who sees our kitchen for the first time just says what a beautiful place. Thank you for making my vision a reality.

PS Your countertop cleaner is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t leave streaks…with a wide expanse of black granite that’s really important to me. I’ve just ordered another three cans.

I wanted to thank you for my beautiful quartz counter which was installed four months ago. I have a new Kitchen and I have to say the counters are the focal point. The counters have impressed all who have seen them and they are what makes my Kitchen spectacular. I am more and more impressed by the wonderful job you did as I enjoy them more each day. I have seen many granite and quartz counters with visible seams and imperfections but mine have none – they are perfect!!! The installers were so polite, clean and professional. The price was also much better than the “big box” stores. I can’t thank you enough!

I would be remissed if I did not let you know that you have a ‘gem’ of an employee in Stephanie!
From the time Stephanie left me a message to try and set up templating at the end of October / early November, until the actual installation, I felt confident that things would work out. Amid the fact that we had to change templating dates several times; couldn’t get Home Depot to get the last cabinet to me or, to give Stephanie the final P.O. in a timely manner – she worked with me.
I know that Stephanie has many customers, but regardless of the masses, I always felt as if I were the only customer. Because of her help, my Christmas Dinner will be ‘merry’.
From the bottom of my heart – I had to say thanks for the excellent service, my beautiful counter top and especially thanks for the wonderful, very personable, very efficient Project Manager named Stephanie L.!

Great job on the installation!
The leader installer was a bit rude though I do not think he was intentionally being this way. He began the day by laying into me about the necessity of providing a correct phone number as he had been calling my land line where my mother-in-law was babysitting my son versus my cell phone, which I had at the rental property. He then went on to say he had to take pictures of everything so if I accused him of wrong doing, he would have proof that he was not at fault. I actually understood why he was taking photos and never commented upon it. His comments were on his own accord and were stated in a way that were rather offensive. Otherwise, he was pleasant and did a good job. No issues with actual install.
The plumber was very pleasant and also did an excellent job.

We love our counters and the price was reasonable. Solomon Bernstein was very responsive to all questions and quick to offer to help. The showroom in Silver Spring turned out not to have in stock the granite we chose and we had to provide and stain our own trimming finish (which it turned out we didn’t need), so the process was somewhat more complicated than we hoped), but we’re very pleased with the result.

I had only a color in my mind when we approached Mr Bernstein.. he helped me select the perfect counter for our bathrooms, then he worked closely with our contractor to perfectly install the colorful new counters. Hi, Betsy,
You probably know that the first set of kitchen countertops was installed today. All I can say is “Wow!” I expected a lot, but they exceed all my expectations.

In addition to thanking you, I owe a big “thank you” to two people in Silver Spring who helped with the selection. Chase Barnes (an easy name for me to remember) identified the countertop in the Kraftmaid brochure picture I’m using as my model as Alpina White (which I never would have gotten.) A young lady there whose name I didn’t get for sure (it was something like “Soi” or Shoi) helped with all the other selections from the wood, paint, and tile samples I had. I am color challenged and am always tense when I have to pick a color for something that’s going to last a long time. She was so good at what I’m so bad at, and the choices she guided me to just couldn’t have worked out better.

Greg tells me the two remaining measurements will be taken Friday. These are the “L” part of the kitchen and the Butler’s Pantry.

To confirm/update what we discussed before:
The “L” (whose sides are 15+’ by approx 54″) is to be Lyra ; double radius edge; no backsplash.
The Butler’s Pantry (about 45″) is to be Alpina White; double ogee edge; 4″ backsplash on all three sides.

Hello Mr. and Mrs. Reading, I would answer all your questions in order… Yes they were very professional from the day one. Yes my house was cleaned every evening. They are good at planning, exceeded my expectations in terms of moving my project date earlier to fit my needs and worked right on schedule. everything was done on time as promised. The kitchen cabinets were delivered directly to my home, I had done my own research about cabinet company. Its Waypoint cabinets manufactured locally in Winchester. They are high end quality cabinets and company is good to work with as far as customer service concern. I like to support local vendors and USA made products. I am really pleased with the function and quality of cabinets.
Nothing was damaged during installation, my kitchen remodeling was finished in less than two weeks, start to functional kitchen. Cabinets removed first day, new cabinets installed in next two days. Then they measured for granite countertops, and counters installed after two days along with dishwasher and gas stove. (I used this time to have my vinyl floor installed) then backsplash was measured and installed in a day.
There was one drawer next to my range which could not open all the way because of my stove’s design. I upgraded my range from standard (4 burners) to 5 burner which has a bulging handle that prevented the drawer from opening. I was willing to keep it and open only half way but Jason was determined to fix it. He came up with an idea of a smaller face plate which has modified the cosmetic look in the corner but its very minor and worth to have a functional space.
In my opinion, Jason is a fair, reasonable and very honest to his work. He is always prompt in responding to your calls. I had some other estimates from other vendors but I am glad I went with counter intelligence. I will strongly recommend you guys for any project.

Dear Brian,

I am enjoying my new kitchen that was completed in six days. I want to commend you on your crew especially Paul and Sean who were the most considerate and professional workers I have encountered. They were prepared for work everyday on my kitchen utilizing all their skills in getting the project completed on schedule. When they encountered a problem with the renovations, they found a solution quickly and efficiently. Paul and Sean are a good team and I found that they were diligent and meticulous. I appreciated their combined efforts to make my kitchen remodel a success. Also, a special thanks to Kris Kadance for the design of my new kitchen and his patience with understanding the nuances of the remodel.

The second crew arrived on the project to install my new Silestone countertops and again was very pleased with their precision and meticulous care to install the new countertops.
The plumber, José Campos was very neat and efficient in installing the sink, faucet and water line.
